Sizze, Inc. ("Sizze", "we", "us", or "our") operates the sizze.io website, macOS application, and iOS application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you use social sign-in (Google, Apple, or GitHub), the profile information provided by those services (name, email, avatar).

Project Data

We store the code, assets, and configuration files you create within your projects. Project files are stored in isolated containers on our servers.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized analytics data including page views, feature usage, and performance metrics to improve the Service. We use PostHog for product analytics.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) and Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers from these providers.

• Process your AI-assisted code generation requests
• Manage your account and subscription
• Send transactional emails (verification codes, account updates)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product

4. AI & Third-Party Models

When you use AI features, your prompts and project context may be sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek) to generate responses. We do not use your data to train AI models. When you use the "My Claude" (local) model, your data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers — hosting (DigitalOcean), analytics (PostHog), payments (Stripe, Apple), authentication (Google, Apple, GitHub)
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or legal process
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Project data is deleted when you delete a project or your account. You can request full account deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, isolated Docker containers for projects, and secure authentication flows. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Export your project data
• Opt out of analytics tracking
• Withdraw consent at any time

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use PostHog for analytics, which may set cookies to track anonymized usage. We do not use advertising cookies.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
